Instant Gourmet: Herbed pumpkin & gnocchi
1. Butternut pumkin
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1 bunch of sage
125g unsalted butter
1 x 375g packet gnocchi
preeheat oven to 180 c. Peel and cut pumpkin into 2 cm cubes. in a baking pan, toss the pumkin in oil and golden.Chop the sage and in a small saucepan, cook it in the melted butter until the butter begins to brown, then set aside. Cook gnocchi according to directions on the packet. Toss gnocchi with the pumpkin and sage butter and serve immediatelly.
