The blood type diet offers a different for each of the four blood type. based on the theory that each blood type has certain food and nutrient that it can best utilize . this personalize allow dieters to achieve and maintain their ideal weigh , improve the overall, well being , increase their energy and learn which food will help them manage their weight on individual basic. dieters will receive weekly meal plant as well as shopping list. for example according to the diet ,people with type A are natural vegetarian, they should eats lots of fruits and vegetables as they a high in carbs and low in fat. this based on the idea that their blood is thicker than that of other blood type. they should refrain from consuming dairy product, animal fats and meats. type B people should have diet that is balance between plant and animal protein.
